Ontrac and Newegg... How good is ontrac?

So I bought a Graphics card from neweggs and the shipping company is Ontrac. I have never heard of this company and just looked at... maybe 30+ reviews all saying that Ontrac sucks. I'm just wondering if anyone had any experience with Ontrac and how was it.

Never heard of ontrac either but I've almost stopped shopping from newegg entirely because they have poor shipping and customer service.

I wouldn't expect much from a relatively unknown shipping company.
