Ontrac Shipping - NEVER USE!

So i bought Starcraft 2 on Wed, July 28th and chose 2-day shipping (amazon prime memeber). Amazon sent the package to Ontrac Shipping in WA and said it would be at my house on July 30th.

On July 29th, Ontrac shipping recieved my package and their tracking page said my copy of SC2 would be delivered on July 30th by 8PM.

Yesterday, I go and check the tracking page to see if my package has made it to San Diego (where i live) and much to my surprise, my package is STILL SITTING IN WA with a changed delievery date of August 3rd (4 days later - 2 business days). I was NEVER NOTIFIED OF THIS CHANGE OR WHY IT HAPPENED!

I talked to Amazon, who said they were very sorry about what had happened and gave me an extra month of Amazon Prime for free.

Ontrac Shipping has yet to get back to me...and I suspect they never will

AVOID ONTRAC SHIPPING AT ALL COST!

Personally don't buy games online, expect for steam. But you def seem more professional now that you have a profile.
