oops... I interupted an internal windows fix on my ew Toshiba laptop

My Toshiba laptop displays:>>Start PXE over IPv4. What does it mean? Got a new laptop and I forgot to get a back-up of the windows 8.1 and activation key... Then I interupted an automatic system check before it could fix the error... Now I turn it on and it only displays (no bootable device) OOPS I DID IT AGAIN!!!

check ur boot device priority in bios...
also check ur uefi settings...
