Open file in print queue

I have a Word (Office 2007) file sent to print Q. I no longer have the file but wish to recover it from the print Q. Is this possible, pls?

The file only stays in the print que untill it's printed, once printed you have a hard copy. If you havn't printed it and it's still in the print que, then print it and if you need it back as a file you can edit, you will need to scan it into the pc and use the OCR software to convert it for use in Word.
You can't recover the file from the print que back to Word, only print it as it's been converted to a language only the printer understands.
