open loop for my chip and 2 gpu's

I'm doing my first open loop build and would like to know if i can cool my 4790k and 2 -gtx 970's on an Alphacool NexXxoS UT60 (360mm) all on 1 loop?

Yes. Obviously you will need some good fans, but a 360mm radiator can cool all of them.

Im not sure if a 360 is enough
If you plan to oc your cpu and gpus, you wont get great temps so i would add another rad
