OpenCL & OpenGL GPU?

I need a recommendation on a video card. I use Poser/Daz Studio and render using Reality via LuxRender. I also use Photoshop CC. Photoshop CC needs both OpenCL & GL. Do Nvidia card not use OpenCL very well? Am I better off with with a AMD card? Does AMD support OpenGL very well?

My rig;
i7 3930k
X79 Sabertooth
16GB RAM
750W power supply.

I don't game. I use three monitors.

Photoshop will use CUDA instead of Open CL. Nvidia can use open CL though.

NVidia supports both OpenGL and OpenCL but has less performance in OpenCL compared to NVidia
AMD supports both OpenGL and OpenCL with better performance but no CUDA support
