i opended uo my 1050 and it already had pre applied thermal paste on it smeared on those outer grey pins so i cleaned it and got rubbing alchohol to clean it 50% and wondering if it will damage it?
There is no reason to open up a graphics card except as a last resort to thermal issues. It already has a cooling system and paste. If you removed the thermal compound, a new compound such as MX-4 must be applied or the card with severely overheat.
I also don't recommend generic rubbing alcohol for electronics. You should use isopropyl with at least 90% purity.

it was in a video for cleaning a grahpics card and it said it could increase performance so it will be bad senes i didnt put that mx-4 stuff?
Cleaning a GPU never increases performance unless you are having some serious thermal issues, even then you almost never need to remove the cooler.
If you didnt apply new thermal paste you need to before you use it.
