OpenHardwareMonitor says 10°C on CPU but Speccy says 60°C

On boot up when i opened Open Hardware Monitor, it said that the CPU temperature was 10°C but on Piriform Speccy, the CPU temperature was 60-65°C.

This picture was about 10 minutes ago from boot up.
I tried HWMonitor too and it was the same as Speccy.
I just installed my Hyper TX3 Evo so i don't know what is the problem. I reseated the CPU cooler too but it shows the same.
Which one should I trust more?

Okay, the speccy temperatures are correct, as the hardware monitor is measuring the thermal margin, which is how far away the CPU is from the maximum temperature.

I looked up in the BIOS and it said that the CPU's temperature was 38°C

Did you wait 10 minutes in bios before checking the temperature?
And to get the most accurate temperatures for an AMD CPU, use AMD overdrive, it knows how to interpret the values correctly
