Hello all.

I have not wanted to download the GCC for my aorus mobo. I would like to control my rgb's. I keep hearing horror stories about GCC. Have any of you used openrgb? Recommended?

thx

SignalRGB also went through an issue with a firmware update and then upending other RGB devices, I can't recall when that happened but I'd opt for Gigabyte Control Center as that's the native RGB manager for your platform(assuming). If you're worried about the firmware updates, they usually have notes on how to do so without a hiccup.

I used MSI's Center/Mystic Lighting module to manage my RGB's and have set them to off, since I don't like RGB, for now.

Open RGB doesn't recognize(properly) all types of controllers or fans/lights but costs nothing to try it and see how it works for you, one advantage is that you can download many presets.
Asus has arguably best (A)RGB controllers but their SW works on Asus MBs only.
