1. it says "Operating System Edition: Not Applicable"
Meaning it doesn't come with an OS

2. In the details, they say:
"Operating System:
Genuine Windows 7 professional upgradable to Windows 10 for free."

Maybe just a typo one way or the other.


So who knows. Verify with the vendor before you actually buy this.
"Does it come with an OS, yes or no..?"

And verify (in writing) it is an actual valid OS license.
