Operating system failing

Hi, so I built my first pc installed windows 10 on it and everything works for a while but then I get no display, my computer is running, the keyboard and mouse are active, I've had to reinstall windows like 1000 times erasing the hard drive over and over but the same issue still occurs. I don't think it's the graphics card either , my guess is the hard drive or the ram but can't tell which one. I don't want to spend more money if they're both fine and I'm just doing the installation wrong.

1tb hdd
when I do a hard reset it says the windows did not load properly and gives options to fix it but the same thing happens when it loads back to windows. I just loose display as soon as it goes back to the login screen

Have you tried a different monitor? What kind of cable, HDMI or DVI? Have you changed out the cables?

motherboard model? exact model of the cpu?

If your system is still running, why do you think that your problem is related to your operating system? This definitely sounds like a hardware connection issue or a heat issue or a PSU issue.

it turns out that it is the hdd, windows defender gave a warning saying "one of the hard disk might not be working properly", something like that.

but for some reason now it's marking as everything is fine i did a system restore maybe that helped it.
