Operating System Help

Hey guys,


What OS do you guys recommend that is the best for gaming and performance.


I have a Intel Quad Core i7 2.66, 3GB DDR3 1066mhz, 750 gb HD. 4950 ATI video Card @ 1GB DDR 5 please help... I have windows 7 32bit currently...


I play games like Company Of Heroes,,, and for some reason its been crashing really often.. i even reinstalled it 2 times... and still same problem.. then someone told me that it could be my operating system... please help or any sugestion on how i can run my system faster... thanks!!! mainly for gaming
