Question Operating system removal for old PC?

Hey everyone! I have built myself a new PC and am currently using it but however I would like to sell my old computer. The problem I am having is that I am using the same operating system activation key that I had on my old computer on my new computer. All my data is wiped from my old PC and it is cleaned and ready to sell but however I don’t know how to remove the operating system from my old PC or if the same copy of Windows will even affect my new PC. Any advice on what I can do to make sure I sell my old PC ?

Most people nowadays just take their existing storage out of the computer they're selling. Some applications are better than others with deleting data off storage drives. What brand and model is your HDD/SSD? Most manufacturers make software tools, so especially if it's an SSD, there's a good chance that your brand has software which lets you "secure erase" your drive. Samsung has Samsung Magician, WD has the WD Dashboard, etc.
