For streaming, 4 cores isn't really enough.
It'll be fine, but its better to have more.

Also, i think (double check, but im pretty sure)
the ssd is dramless, which is bad.

I'd go with the above set-up but I don't think a 750w supply is necessary (though if you can afford it it's still worth getting) so you could save money there and get a 1660 Super:
