I want some opinions on this build for a friend with a budget of around $850ish. The main uses for the PC will be gaming, light video editing, and streaming. Thanks in advance.

I'd go with the above set-up but I don't think a 750w supply is necessary (though if you can afford it it's still worth getting) so you could save money there and get a 1660 Super:

I used that PSU because it was the cheapest gold certified fully modular PSU ** from a good manufacturer.
