Hello,

I need your opinion on my build.

My PC will be used for Penetration testing, virtualization, and a little bit of gaming.
2 monitors 1080p and 1440p.

CPU: i7-8700
GPU: ASUS GTX 1060 3GB Dual-Fan OC
Motherboard: Asus Prime Z370-A
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 3000MHz
SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 250GB
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
Cooler: CRYORIG H7
PSU: Corsair CX550M
Case: Phanteks P400s

Any ideas or suggestions that save me money with similar performance?

Thanks in advance!

if that is the 8700k the h7 is not enough

go with a cryorig R1

if that is the i7 8700 you dont need a z370 mobo
save some money with a h370, b360, or h310 mobo

2666 is the sweet spot on ram with intel cpu's in term of price/performance go with higher speed memory only if you dont pay extra
