I was wondering if this computer is alright for gaming.
I play sim city, sims 4, door kickers, prison architect, Project Highrise, software inc and a few others. What should i upgrade or downgrade on this pc?
I have a budget of $550. Also, should i get an ssd.
SPECS:
Intel® Core™ i3-4170 Processor
Asus H81M-Plus Socket LGA 1150 USB 3.0 mATX Motherboard
Kingston 4GB DDR3 1600MHz
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" Internal Hard Drive
Thermaltake Black Versa H25 Mid Tower Case (USB3.0)
CoolerMaster JetFlo 120mm PWM Red LED Case Fan
Aerocool VX-550 ATX PSU
TP-Link TG-3269 Gigabit PCI Network Adapter
Asus (DRW-24D3ST OEM) Sata 24x DVD-RW - Black
Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64Bit

Since you didn't mention what the (dedicated) graphics card is, I'm gonna assume you will be using the integrated graphics.
Though the games you mentioned aren't "heavy" and your iGPU can run it, I suggest you get a dedicated graphics card.
A gtx 750 ti will be enough (For the games you mentioned ofc).

Should i wait till later to purchase it though in case i dont need it?

I recommend getting this, you can't fit in an SSD with your budget.
