Opinions on Asrock h87 performance

Title says it all, is it a good board or should I stretch my budget and get an msi gaming board

If you own an unlocked 'k' CPU & plan on overclocking then get a Z87 board.
If not then go for H87.

I'm probably getting the i5 4570 since I don't really see myself needing to overclock. And my budget for my pc is around $150-$1600 aud. I really like the msi because I can lsi the 760 I'm going to get plus it looks cool and I can upgrade to a k if I wanted too.
