A 550W power supply is probably enough, but doesn't leave much headroom. Otherwise, looks OK.

It would be tight to be sure. You don't want to tax PSU to almost 100% - it increases noise and chance for failure. For such build as yours typical wattage recommended is 650.

It would be uncomfortably tight, if I recall correctly. Try for a 650W or 750W.
