Looking for some opinions on a PC I plan to build soon. I would like to use it for 1440p gaming on medium settings and some animation/Adobe software.

PCPartPicker part list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/GxVw29

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 2600X 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor ($184.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus - ROG Strix B450-I Gaming Mini ITX AM4 Motherboard ($149.49 @ Amazon)
Memory: G.Skill - Trident Z RGB 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($140.98 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung - 860 Evo 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($77.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: MSI - GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB VENTUS OC Video Card ($359.99 @ B&H)
Case: NZXT - H200i (White/Black) Mini ITX Tower Case ($129.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($68.90 @ OutletPC)
Total: $1112.33

One question I had was whether an Intel i5-9600K would be better over the AMD for what I want to do. The price is about $80 more currently.
My budget for the PC is $1000 - $1200 as I would like to have some spare for the monitor and peripherals. I am pretty set on getting a 1440p ultrawide monitor (likely the Dell U3417W because there is a good deal for it at my local microcenter) and was wondering if this build would be able to handle medium graphics at 1440p resolution for games like Overwatch and League of Legends and maybe a few more demanding games in the future.

I am also pretty set on a mini-itx form factor as I would like to keep the PC on my desk where there is not too much room.

Any opinions or suggestions would be great.
Thanks!

Note: I plan on adding more storage and likely a cpu cooler in the future but this is the build I would like to start out with for now

Yes coolers that come with Ryzen are decent, but getting a better one might still be good. Will alow cpu to go turbo more easily or longer, but you can try with the stock one first of, course.
