I'm an everyday user. Just looking for good specs. 819.00 Just some streaming nothing intensive. I think this can last me for a while. 256 gb is enough for me.

Spec-wise, yes, a 512GB SSD would be better, but if you know 256GB is enough for your needs, then no need to fret.

It's really more a matter of VALUE. Specs vs Price. Aka, can you get the same or better specs in a different machine for less $$
 
The laptop you have will be enough for your needs. Is 256 gigs the laptop should have or can you go lower? Also do you have any preference in os as a cheap chromebook will last you for a long time and can do the basics well?
