Opinions on my build

I'm using an fm2+ socket Mobo. A78m-e45 I think. The CPU is a8 6600k. 14gb ddr3 1600mhz. Gammaxx 400 cooler. Xfx gtr Rx 480 8g. 160gb SSD and 1tb HDD. Do to upgrade. But gaming wise, what do you guys think?

14GB RAM is an unusual number. To do any significant upgrades, you have to get a new motherboard and CPU. FM2+ is a dead end.

I'm planning on getting ryzen 5 1400, Mobo, and ram. I know fm2 is dead. And yeah I had 12g, and found a 2g stick laying around and threw it in. What im trying to ask in this post is the decency of this build, I play most of my games on ultra, but I know my GPU is bottlenecked

You know your current motherboard is a dead end. You plan on replacing it. You know your GPU is being bottlenecked. It sounds like you already know this isn't a decent build. I am not sure why you are asking.
