Alright, so the build is currently as follows

CPU: Intel core i5 4670K processor. 3.40 ghz w/6mb cache (http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX45783)
(not sure if i need the 4670K, i don't know much about overclocking, but it's only about $10 more)
This CPU and Mobo combination has a deal on it currently

(not set in stone on this, just looks nice and seems to have what i'm looking for)
HDD: Seagate 1TB Desktop HDD SATA III w/ 64mb cache (http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX36523)
(just the most basic one they have. i have an external 1TB as well)
SSD: Haven't yet decided whether i want one or not, maybe someone can sway my opinion of them, but for now the price is what makes me turn away
Optical Drive: SH-224DB 24x DVD-Writer SATA, Black, OEM (http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX45962)
Graphics card: MSI Gaming N760 TF 2GD5/OC GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support Video Card (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127745)
