Question Opinions on TUF 32" 1080p

Looking for user review/comments on ASUS TUF Gaming 32" 1080P Curved Monitor (VG328H1B)

Budget: <300US
Whatever I choose must be at least 32", all gaming done at 1080p, was told that "adaptive sync was a must" for my gpu, the more I ask the more confused I become.

RTX 3060TI
32GB 3200mhz

I've found some other candidates in my price range but the are FreeSync and I was told "don't go there" so not sure...

**Looking to upgrade from 2012 Samsung 32" Smart TV (surprisingly decent) and want to be certain what I get is significantly better.

1080p on a 32 inch monitor can look very pixelated if you are close. Gaming might be OK but text could look poor.
