My first one was a trainwreck, but it was my first and it was rewarding to see the parts I picked out actually work, but that's really all it did was work. Now I'm going for round 2 and want opinions on what I came up with. I'm spending significantly more on this one but want to keep my remaining budget at less than $500 this is what I have.
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-H110-A Micro Atx $60
CPU: ?
RAM: G Skill Rip Jaws V 8gb DDR4 2133 $70
GPU: ?
Case: Purchased
SSD: 120 GB SSD Purchased
HDD: 500 GB HDD Purchased
PSU: EVGA 500w Purchased
Everything that I already purchased was brand new and that includes the price of the mobo and ram I am sitting at $180 of my $500 spent so I have $320 left for the last 2 pieces where should I go?
On the surface for thr cpu & gpu I have an i5 6500 picked out and a GTX 1050.
Should I do something different? I have an additional slot for RAM as well. I just am sick of being in computer purgatory and want to be able to actually game with ease, especially with emulators and I think this would do it!
