Hello my temps are running a bit hot to the point that my 3070ti Clocks down. it reaches 85 C under load. Got a pretty aggressive fan curve on the GPU as well. It idles at around 42 C.
So I got a 7800x3D cooled by a h100 which idles at around 43 C. Load goes to 75 C
Ambient temps is around 25 C. Live in Norway so that is a hot day for us :)
My motherboard is a ASUS Prime B840 plus Wifi
And the rig mounted in a LianCool 207 My setup.
(Got COpilot to sketch it for me. It is roughly how it is oriented. )
2 Fans in front, 2 Fans at the bottom, 1 fan rear, aio at the top 2 fans blowing air out.

So one of my questions is will the temp benefit with a dedicated CPU cooler( a beefy one that will fit) and better exhaust fans at the top? And other does the fans currently blowing air from the bottom and up at my GPU make my GPU hotter? Not allowing the GPU cooler to work properly.

It is a 100I RGB XT... the only one fan that wasnt included is the rear exaust fan. the same one I had in the previous cabinet which was a old Corsair one. running at 100 percent in order
Have tried limiting powerdraw in MSI afterburner with no avail. the CpU is running stocks

Tried limiting the powerdraw in MSI afterburner to 80 %, that kept me at 70 c. but thats a huge loss in performance... tried going to 90 percent flatout hit 85 C

Worst case scenario the RTX 3070Ti might dissipate up to 325W inside your case which is a lot of wild heat to get rid of. That said, modern GPUs and CPUs are designed to boost up to the maximum permitted temperature. I run my RTX3060 and 4070 at 95% power in Afterburner for stability in long video transcodes.

The 7800X3D does not generate huge quantities of heat if I'm reading this graph correctly, so I doubt anything more substantial than the H100i will make much difference to the CPU. 77W isn't a lot of heat to dissipate. My 7950X sits at 200W for hours on end (no PBO).

Changing the H100i radiator fans to faster high static pressure versions should force more air out of the top, but you probably couldn't stand the noise from Noctua NF-F12 industrial PPC-3000 PWM running full bore at 3,000RPM. Most CPU radiator fans are designed with noise in mind, not outright cooling performance at high deciBel levels.

For the fans at the bottom, front and rear, high airflow fans would be more appropriate.

You could spend a fortune and gain a small temperature drop, but do you really want "server" style noise levels? I have a couple of HP servers and their 80mm Delta fans scream at full speed for the first four minutes, as the machines starts up. Not quite ear-defender level, but they're LOUD.

If you can bear the noise, try removing the side panel and point a large desktop fan into the case during heatwaves. Much cheaper than buying expensive case fans. Some cases provide significantly better airflow, but you might prefer to keep your existing case.

I've experienced temperatures over +30°C in Norway and the forecast here is +33°C today. On vacation I accept up to +45°C as normal. When designing systems, we took +55°C ambient as the limit.

Thats quite lucky and once every full moon when the stars align, the warmt record in norway is 35,6 celsius. Thanks for the thourgh read through of my post... Ive set the powerlimit to 85 percent. that seems to ensure temps not staying to high, with regards to future upgrades of gpu. Ive been looking to go team red and go for a 9070XT. What your thoughts about that card?
