optgr is compressed ? it shows when verifying boot to go through windows

i cant handle this problem .. and i dunno where this problem goes . my hard drive cant load normally .. it always shows details and at the bottom that "OPTGR.... IS COMPRESSED" Pls help me.. Thank you!

Insert your OS DVD/USB drive and boot from it.
Select Repair your PC
Open up a command prompt

type in bootrec /FixMbr
then type in bootrec /fixboot
then type in bootrec /rebuildbcd
then type in exit
restart your computer
