Optical Drive Question

So I am building my cousin a desktop but trying to use some components from his old one. This is the old one: https://support.hp.com/id-en/document/c04798706. It's a slim optical drive. The case I am getting him will only have a 5.25 inch bay. What are my options if I want to reuse the optical drive? Thanks!

Or you could just pick up a new drive, they are dirt cheap now a days as no one really uses them, I can pick a dvd writters up in the UK for £12
