Optimal case fan setup

I just bulit a htpc (fractal node 605) but are not sure how to get best cooling inside the case.
What is the most optimal way for the different case fans to blow?

I would second this but add that your best highest airflow fan should be in the intake position if possible. Having 1 intake and 3 exhausts in an HTPC might cause pretty bad dust buildup over time, so just be prepared to clean it out every few months.
