Dear users,

Past weeks I've been trying to set up an optimal air flow in a Corsair 450D, but I just simply can't get my head around it.I hope you guys can help me out with this.

Currently I have following set-up :
-2 x Corsair 140 AF Fans Quiet Edition as front intake fans = running @ max rpm

-1 x Corsair 120 AF Fan Quiet Edition as bottom intake fan = running at around 800 rpm. Anything above 800 rpm gets really loud.
I'm thinking about getting a second bottom intake fan OR just get 2 Corsair ML 120's.
I have the ML 120's on my h100 v2 rad and they're very quiet at 1000 rpm.

-2 x Corsair 120 ML as top exhaust fan = running at around 1000 rpm. They're installed right under the h100 v2 radiator.

-1 x Corsair 120 AF Fan Quiet edition exhaust fan = running at 850-900 rpm.

I do not have bottom drive cage installed. Aside from the front mesh panel there isn't anything that is restricting the airflow.
I've left the bottom and top filter as it is.

I notice that one week after I did the cleaning, there's already visible thin layer of dust built up inside the pc case. Could it be due to the sub-optimal fan-setup ? Do you guys think that I should replace some of these fans with something else ? I was thinking about replacing the Corsair 140 AF fans with Corsair 140 ML fans for their hybrid nature and RPM. Should I perhaps remove the top air filter ?

Thanks in advance for any assistance you guys can provide.
