[SOLVED] Options for low clearance from desk to bottom of screen?

What solutions are there for low clearance from bottom of screen to desk? I'm quite short, I would like a 32 inch 4k monitor for work/games, but I've just had to return a monitor (Samsung LU32590, 10.5 cm clearance from desk to bottom of screen, measuring from top I would probably be comfortable with about 5cm or less) because the top of the screen was too high and I had to lift my seat too high to keep my eye level at the top of the screen as it should be. Mounting is not possible as I will be moving to rented accomodation soon.
 
Why not an arm that clamps to the desk?

That sounds like a good possible solution. Are they generally fine for putting monitors low to the desk? Generally what I'm seeing from them is about putting them higher up. It won't look the prettiest, but if it's my best solution I'll go for it. Thanks!

We have some at work that will put the bottom edge of the monitor right down touching the desk. Or any vertical distance above that.
