Hello, Im planning on upgrading my Optiplex 745 Small Form Factor pc

PLEASE go here help me answer my questions https://www.dell.com/community/Optiplex/Optiplex-745-Small-Form-Factor-Upgrade/td-p/6087612 THANKS FOR ALL HELP

SPECS:
Core 2 Duo E6400 2.13Ghz Socket LGA 775
7GB RAM 3x2GB 1x1GB DDR2
275w Power Supply (Not Upgradeable)
80GB Western Digital Harddrive
+ to save power I disconnected the cd drive
(I have the latest bios version 2.6.6)

UPGRADE:
Core 2 Quad Q6700 2.66Ghz Socket LGA 775 $16.99 - ebay
1,000Gb Hard Drive $45.99 - ebay
AMD Radeon R5 240 1Gb Low profile Graphics $24.90 - ebay ( or should I get R7 240 )

Before I buy I was wondering if the new cpu WITH the graphics card will work, I do know the cpu will work without the graphics card and I do know the graphics card will work with the original cpu BUT im not sure what will happen when I get both the new cpu and the new graphics card (Please let me know if the cpu will overheat or not), will it go over 275w on the power supply. I might also throw away all my old ram and buy new 8GB RAM because ever since I upgraded the RAM from 3GB to 7GB it does blue screen after 30-60min of use: paged_fault_in_non_paged_area there are more errors than this but this is most common.

NOTE: I went to coolermaster.com (psu calculator) and put all my UPGRADED pc specs and it says load wattage: 276w 😀lol 1 watt over, is this ok (I actually put, for the graphics card r7 240, as there was no r5 240, they do use the same watts though)

Please let me know if this upgrade plan will work, I am going to be gaming, BUT not on highest settings medium to low 1280x720 I will be playing Grand Theft Auto V, Call of Duty 2, Minecraft, Far Cry 1 and 2, Left 4 Dead 1 and 2, Battlefield 2, Counter Strike: Source, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Just Cause 1 and 2, Mercenaries 2 World in Flames, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and 10-20 more. (This is why I need 1000GB harddrive)

Thanks For Any Help.

Here is a test of a quality aftermarket 350W PSU with a 6 pin PCIe cable.
https://www.kitguru.net/components/power-supplies/zardon/seasonic-tfx-350w-psu-review/
Here is a test of a random used Dell Optiplex 305W PSU w/o one.
https://www.hardwareinsights.com/dell-h305p-01-power-supply-review/
One of them makes over 400W.
The reason Dell put a 275W rating on your PSU is because the SFF has less expansion slots, and drive bays than the Tower that had the 305W. That PSU will power anything you can connect to it using the connectors provided on the PSU and motherboard. Up to a GTX1050Ti 4GB.( The MB might not support it but the PSU will.) That 275W PSU is actually what I use to upgrade the 255W PSU they used in later SFF with a 95W CPU...

R7 240 is actually pretty good even R5 240 is, I dont know what your talking about take a look
