Hi, i have a dell optiplex 755 full size tower with e4600 core 2 duo processor 3gb ram and i want to install a gt1030 to it so i want to know whether this combination will be fine if yes then what will be it capable to perform and what games can i play and can it support display for one led tv and one basic monitor. Basically i want to do streaming from it and some gaming on gt1030( if possible) otherwise i will skip installing a graphic card. And, Is optiplex 755 capable to manage 2 displays independently( tv and monitor)?

Here are benchmarks for that system.

You need to decide a couple things first. Are you going to be running a 32 bit OS, and is a Dual core CPU OK for what your doing.
E8600 would be a huge improvement in 2 core CPU.
Even with a 32 bit OS you need more RAM for a modern 2GB DDR5 GPU. 5GB minimum. (please don't tell me it can't be done, I've done it myself 2X2GB, and 2X512mb in dual channel).
A maxxed out 755 tower would have a Q9650 CPU, 8GB DDR2-800 low density RAM and a Zotac GTX 1050Ti Mini. This is with the Dell 305W PSU. Be sure you have the latest BIOS from Dell (it's easy).
