I saw that Geforce 210 1GB is weak card

work on my dell optiplex 755 sff , it has 280W PSU

will it fit and run (work) Normaly in it ?

ya I know it sir, but its better than geforce 210 1GB,
but this card is DD2 , Will it work on my pc without any problems at all, it has 280W PSU ?

Yes it will. 280 watt is minimal but Dell does make a good one. You should be fine. I did not mean to diss the card.
