Hello all, I just recently bought a dell otiplex 755 sff for my kids to use as a computer for the Elgato HD game capturing device for youtube. I knew it didn't come with great specs, but it had a lot of space (1T) hard drive. Which would come in handy for the bigger files. My question is which video card would work with this system combo. I just need a card that has a single HDMI port and the speed to handle the incoming HD recording from the elgato. Most cards say HDMI out but not sure if that means in as well since I'll be pulling the video from a ps3 to the elgato back to the pc. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks Jeremy

Are you sure you need Video Card (GPU, an output HDMI device), and not some Capture device (with HDMI input, and pass-over output)?

SFF computers are not the best choice for expandability, though. Even finding decent video card would be a challenge, not to mention limited PSU.

The elgato is the capture device I just need hdmi at the pc. My question is do I need a High end card or do I just need a hdmi port card and let my on board video control it. The elgato connects to the ps3 and the pc via HDMI. Actually I see what you mean which was why I was concerned, didnt know they sold just a hdmi port that would be cheap just for recording video.

You were exactly right. Not sure where my brain went on that one just had it stuck in my head I needed HDMI port but as it turns out I got everything going good. Thanks for waking me up!
