Optiplex 780 E7600 on a Q45 express chipset

HI,

I have reposted the thread as I believe I wasn't to clear with my previous one.

I have the following

Manufacturer: Dell Optiplex 780
Core 2 Duo E7600
Model: 0C27VV A01
Chipset: Intel Q45/Q43 Rev 3
Southbridge: Intel 82801JB Rev 2

BIOS Version: A15
Date 08/06/2013

The BIOS setting on this PC does not allow for overclocking. Can't ad a screeshot of how this BIOS looks but no FSB or clockspeed settings can be adjusted. Actually these options don't exist. Can I overclock the optiplex or am I missing something?

All Dell models have locked BIOS except Alienware models and certain old XPS models.
