Orange LED Light on Motherboard!

Hello, I am first time builder and I have got all my parts (except my GPU),, as I'm very anxious, I decided to post (my friend advised me this possibility) and every time I power on the PC to see fi everything on the inside is running (fans, cpu cooler, etc.), I see an orange LED at the bottom of my Motherboard.

The LED is accompanied by a title that reads "SB-PWR".

Now, I have an ASUS Strix B350-F, AMD Ryzen 7 1700, EVGA G2 750w 80+ Gold, CM Hyper 212 Evo (with an AM4 bracket), Samsung Evo 250GB M.2, and finally a set of Trident z RGB 16GB (8Gb x 2) DDR4-3000.

Again, I am doing this without the GPU, so maybe that's problem? Not sure, PLEASE HELP!

Without the GPU you're going to see nothing. The GPU is essential since the Ryzen CPU's don't come equipped with an iGPU nor is it found on the motherboard. You should Try powering up the system when you get the GPU.

Are you sure it has nothing to do with my RAM? Other pages keep talking about RAM, but mine are installed correctly and in the right slots, so I think not. I am just worried as nothing but the motherboard starts (no fans, no cpu cooler, RAM rgb's). I am just testing to see if it powers on and all in inner components run, I am not outputting it to any screen.
