Orange light on DRAM on mother board.

I recently get a new Asus prime Z370-A II mother board, I set it up yesterday and find the DRAM light is on, and I can’t get into bios. Since my old RAM are not in the QVL, So I bought two new RAMs today which is in the QVL. But the DRAM light still there.

There is no reaction on monitor, can’t get in bios.

New RAM : Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15 Desktop Memory Kit - Black (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15)

Ok try an old ram on it, the DRAM light is off, but there is still no display on monitor

it was worked perfectly in my old motherboard( an ailenware aurora r5 board, i basically put an ailenware in to a new case because when i bought 2080 it wont fit in the r5 case)
