[SOLVED] Orange light on my motherboard after upgrading PC

just put a new gtx 1060 in my pc and a new stick of 8gb ddr4 ram. i originally had a gtx 960 and 1 stick of 8gb ddr4 ram. i got the axact same ram but the only difference is that the original ram is version 3.31 and the new is 5.30. the issue i’m having is that when i try to start my pc an orange light appears on my motherboard and it doesn’t start up. all of the fans turn on too. FWI i only have 2 slots for my ram.ive tried switching the around and only putting one of them in and it doesn’t work. please can somebody help me

All resolved now! I believe the orange light was because the RAM wan't working. It wasn't working because my PSU wasn't powerful enough. I know this because I changed my 450W to a 600W and it's working fine now.
