Question Orange screen with vertical white stripes

Hello, recently I tried upgrading my friend's Windows from 7 to 10, I tried booting Windows 10 from DVD (also i tried booting from USB stick) and every time when I tried orange screen with white vertical stripes popped up. Basically every forum thread says that that's because of BitLocker but I also did clean instalation of Windows 7 before trying Windows 10 so I dont see how could BitLocker be involved. Laptop is Acer Aspire E 15. Found this picture online but it's the same screen that I'm getting. I'm not an expert so I need help. Thanks in advance.

Did it have bitlocker on it? Try typing the password and wait a few seconds.

Nope, it never had BitLocker on it.

What kind of hard drive are you installing the os to? Did you clean and format the hd for a new os?
