I live in ireland and want to order the thermaltake smart 650w psu off mindfactory.de but will they send me germanys 2 round pin plug or irelands 3 square pin plug

Why don't you contact their customer service and ask them? If you do it by email try to include a link to the item you want and if you do it by phone, make sure you write down the part# or Make/Model of the unit you want.

It's only a mains cable. If you don't have any spare ones (I have dozens) they cost less than £2.
