ORIGIN PC Overclocks New Core i7 to 5.0 GHz

Back in 1999 we could have owned a 1Ghz PC, which was awesome. 11 years had passes and all we hear about are supercomputers the run at 5-7Ghz but are available for mass market at reasonable prices. Manufacturers say "here! We glued two old cores together so it's just like having double the speed as before!". We get multi-junk instead. Good luck trying to convince that Flash-heavy site to utilize my quadcore rig. Welcome to the future! same old junk but lots more of it.
