OS problem or hardware problem

For the last few days my motherboard Foxconn G31-MX is giving me a very bad headache like sound problem every time I start my PC (which sort out by every time restarting it), time problem ( I have changed the CMOS battery so don't tell me to change), problem in software ( like after installation it works perfectly but just after the restart the software doesn't work; telling something (.dll etc) is missing from my PC. Please tell me what to do.

You have problem of dynamic link library, you have problem of your HDD either the platter if its not a SsD drive. Try to use another drive to install your OS. ANother thing because you remove your BIOS battery might be the default settings is change. Be sure to setup the BIOS after you change a new BIOS battery like the support of your HDD like AHCI.

Thanks buddy for the response. I will try installing OS to another drive coz I am using two HDD (non SSD). I will let you know about the outcome. But I couldn't understand the term DYNAMIC LINK LIBRARY AND AHCI? can you describe?

Dynamic link library or .dll is a executable files, a part of windows task to function a data for a certain use or provides one or more functions to the programs. The AHCI stands for advance host controller interface, its a storage support for HDD through the bios system of computer that could perform normally and allows software to communicate with serial ata or SATA like HDD and DVD ROM . How's your computer now?
