how can i get past the 2 tb limitation on win 7 so that i can run a 0 raid array?

You just need to format the array using GPT instead of MBR. If you want to boot off the array, you need 64-bit Windows 7, though.

i have windows 7 64 bit but i was told that if i convert the array to GPT that the OS has to be installed first.
