[SOLVED] Os Wasn't Found, Error

Hello everyone, This is ejaz. I have a question that recently I buy a new laptop and from old pc I take a hard disk to make it as extranal hdd but after a long time I put it on pc back and disk is totally formated now I found error that "os wasn't for try peripheral device blah blah. . Click Alt +Ctrl+del ."
Cpu also not accepting window dvd..
What I do now.
