Oscillating fps in wow

Hello,
can someone help with a problem i ve encountered when plaing WoW - fps is oscillating and gives me a hard time playing the game. i have a laptop Toshiba Satellite A300, whith windows vista running. Thanks.

Nothing wrong with frame rates changing, unless you are standing in one area and it's changing. Explain what's going on in detail, when this happens, your video settings, laptop specs, video card, etc... Are you running the laptop off battery when you see this?
