Hi, i have an issue with the internet, the modem looks fine like everything is alright but my pc says Undefined network, idk what to do.. i hope u can help me.

On the pc that says "undefined network"

Open up the Command Prompt, and type "ipconfig /release" -without quotations
and then type "ipconfig /renew" -without quotations

See if that fixes your issue, post back with the results and if that doesnt fix your issue run this command
"ipconfig /all" and take a screenshot and post that on this thread

if you unplug one of the other computers, and then renew your IP on the one having issues then does it fix it?

definitely try resetting the modem... but if the other systems are working then most likely that is not the issue.

You may need to get a new ethernet adapter

Hello again, in the morning my other 2 pcs were having internet and everything was ok. But later the same problem appeard on them too. I think that my modem is the only issue. I'll try reseting it but, i know how to start but i dont know how to finish idk how to do some steps ,configurating.. Anyways thanks P.S My win7 keeps saying Unidentified network, answer please.

What was the technical error? I am having the same problem!

It eventually spread to every other computer in the house. It turned out the router had to be replaced. That was done for free by the company providing our internet connection in the house.
