[SOLVED] Other Device PCI Device problem.

Hi
I have the a PCI Device showing up on Dev Manager with an exclamation mark.
I've tried getting Windows to update driver but it cant. I dont know what it is.
I dont know when this error appeared but ive only looked in the Dev Manager recently after instaling my new Gigabyte RTX 2080.
Im using a Gigabyte Z390 Ultra mother board.
Below are the Hardware IDs from the Details tab in Dev Manager.
can anyone tell me what it is. Ive hit uninstall but it keeps coming back.

i think i solved it. I had removed Aorus Engine which has something to do the GPU, so reinstalled that and also reinstalled GPU drivers. hope thats it sorted now.
