Question Other PC's can display 4k at 60hz, why is mine displaying only 4k 30hz?

Hello. I have a Samsung AU9070 TV that supports 4k at 120hz, but has hdmi 2.0 ports(I think, not sure). My PC is the Dell inspiron 3471 with Intel UHD 630 graphics but that dosen't seem to be the problem. When I connect other PC's with the same specs it works. Can anyone tell me how to fix it?
