Hi. When i try to import a CSV file into a new Outlook account i'm met with this notification; "The format of the CSV file isn't correct. Please be sure that the file was exported in the Outlook CSV format."
I just downloaded the CSV file from my other account. The only thing i did was accidentally open it in notepad so now the file picture is of the notepad instead of a blank sheet of paper (if that makes sense). I really need to have my contacts imported as soon as possible so any help would be much appreciated.
