Question Out of focus problem with League of Legends

I’m experiencing a strange issue while playing League of Legends on one of my Windows 10 setups.
Occasionally, the game randomly loses focus, causing a significant FPS drop. To temporarily fix it, I have to alt+tab out of the game and back in.
I’ve found that the problem can be consistently triggered by using the multimedia keys on my keyboard( volume controls) while in-game, so i can recreate it. I have a dual boot system with a similar Windows 10 and similar apps, and the issue doesn’t occur there.
I’ve already tried disabling all non-Microsoft services, but the problem persists. Since this only happens on one Windows, I suspect it’s due to a specific setting I changed on that system. I would be really grateful if someone could help me figure this out.
The FPS drop may not be obvious in recordings because they are capped at 60 FPS and i'm playing at 144fps, but it’s visible in the top-right.

CPU: RYZEN 7 5700X3D
CPU cooler: Deepcool ak400
Motherboard:MSI B550-A PRO (bios 2024-09-05)
Ram:32GB 3600mhz Kingston
SSD/HDD:Samsung 970 evo plus
GPU:Gigabyte RTX 3060TI
PSU:FSP Hyper700w 6years old
OS:Windows 10 21H2

EDIT: I FIXED IT. It was the MPO that i had disabled on the windows with the issue. Restoring it fixed the issue. I got it from this post: https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/ans...ady-driver-461.09-or-newer,-some-desktop-apps

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

I have a dual boot system with a similar Windows 10 and similar apps, and the issue doesn’t occur there.
Just curious, are you running two instances of Windows 10? If so, what versions(not editions) are they?

I would try and see if running DDU helps. Run DDU in Safe Mode to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) then manually reinstall the latest GPU driver sourced from your GPU chip makers support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
